I am certain
Of something
I cannot yet
Express.

The capability
Certainly
Exists.

The certainty
of its truth
Present.

The uncertainty
Of any moment
Beyond this
The most important fact.

I do not need
To know
Who we will be,
Only that I have
A desire
Of what I'd like that
To be.

(Desire
I am told
I should not deny
Be ashamed of
Or ignore)

Only the present
Matters.
It tells me
That what is true
And what is uncertain
May yet
Connect
In beautiful ways.

So presently
I live in uncertainty
Certain of my capability
To live what is
Uncertain to arrive
Whether it be
With
or
Without you.
